Terms and Conditions

§1 GENERAL

Unless expressly agreed otherwise, our GTC apply. Ancillary agreements are valid only with express written confirmation from MyAirportTransfer24.

§2 SCOPE

The offered services refer to commercial passenger transport and courier services. We guarantee the execution of trips with operationally safe vehicles that comply with legal regulations and - in passenger transport - are licensed.

§3 CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT

A contract of carriage between the customer and MyAirportTransfer24 is concluded by the customer's registration in writing, orally, by telephone, by fax or by e-mail and the confirmation of the order by MyAirportTransfer24. The order confirmation can be made in writing, verbally, by telephone, by e-mail or by fax. The basis of the contract are the conditions of carriage and liability listed here, the scope of services and the carriage price. The passenger or client accepts these without reservation.

§4 CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE

A claim to transportation exists only at the agreed times. As a rule, the driver cannot wait more than approx. 10 minutes beyond the agreed pick-up time in order not to jeopardize follow-up orders. Waiting times are charged in addition to the fare, according to the applicable fare list (per 5 minutes waiting time currently € 2.00 including VAT). Waiting times or journey interruptions, which were not already indicated with the order and confirmed by us, are possible for the driver only after consultation and agreement of the dispatcher. The pick-up time at airports is the scheduled arrival time of the flight, plus approx. 20 minutes for baggage claim. We have no influence on the actual flight arrival times.

§5 LUGGAGE

The fare includes the carriage of luggage, provided that it can be stowed in the trunk. Additional luggage will only be carried by prior arrangement and may increase the fare by up to 50%, or up to 100% if a second vehicle is required.

§6 OBLIGATIONS OF THE CUSTOMER

The customer undertakes to provide us with all data necessary for the execution of the order (e.g. date / time of the trip, passenger names, number of persons, information on children, flight numbers, etc.). These data must be available in time before the trip disposition. MyAirportTransfer24 is not obliged to check this data for accuracy. In the case of airport pick-ups, the customer is obliged to inform MyAirportTransfer24 immediately of delays of more than 30 minutes, flight cancellations, or non-participation in the flight. Services already rendered by MyAirportTransfer24, also in case of other cancellations of travel orders, are at the expense of the customer. The carriage of children must always be indicated when ordering the journey and information on the number, age, height and weight, if applicable, must be provided to ensure that the statutory restraint devices can be taken along. If this information is not provided, the driver may refuse to carry the child or to drive the vehicle. The costs of travel and time spent are to be borne by the customer. The customer is obliged to handle the vehicle with care and not to soil the interior. For soiling or damage to the vehicle, the customer may be charged the cleaning or repair costs plus the vehicle loss costs. Further claims remain unaffected. If the driver is disturbed by the behavior of the passenger(s) in such a way that a safe and concentrated driving of the vehicle seems to be endangered, the transport contract can be terminated verbally with immediate effect without the need for further notification.

§7 LIABILITY

MyAirportTransfer24 is not liable for transmission errors and for the consequences of delays due to traffic density, traffic jams, weather-related road and traffic conditions, accident or force majeure. In the event of vehicle breakdowns of any kind, provided they are not due to intent or gross negligence, MyAirportTransfer24 will provide a replacement as quickly as possible. If this is not possible for unavoidable operational reasons, or if for such a reason the execution of a journey is not possible, or not in time, the customer can, after consultation with the disposition, assign another transport company. In principle, MyAirportTransfer24 is liable only in case of intent or gross negligence and only within the scope of the insurance policies concluded for this purpose. MyAirportTransfer24 is not liable for possible damage to luggage and its contents, for electronic devices, or other goods and merchandise transported in the vehicle.

§8 FARE

The price of transportation and the service are based on the current price list of MyAirportTransfer24, or on the agreed price or the price indicated by the odometer. The relevant fare is - if not agreed otherwise - to be paid immediately after completion of the journey in cash, without deduction / discount. MyAirportTransfer24 can demand a reasonable advance payment on the agreed or estimated fare before the start of the journey.

§9 JURISDICTION

The place of jurisdiction for the parties and for all claims is the registered office of MyAirportTransfer24. German law applies exclusively.

§10 DATA PROTECTION

We undertake to use the data provided to us only for the purpose of providing services, processing inquiries, preparing offers or invoices and to treat it accordingly as confidential.

§10.1 GOOGLE ANALYTICS

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc ('Google'). Google Analytics uses 'cookies', which are text files placed on your computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. We will check this as quickly as possible and, if the complaint is justified, respond accordingly. §12 FINAL PROVISION

The possible invalidity of one or more of the provisions listed here shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The contracting parties agree that in such cases a provision shall take effect which most closely corresponds to the intended purpose. The same applies to possible loopholes in the contract. These General Terms and Conditions are available for inspection in the vehicles or at the company headquarters.
